Sponsorship and Support
The Festival is a registered charity and subsidises ticket prices through fund raising, the sale of advertising space in the festival programme, financial sponsorship from private individuals and support received from Petersfield Town Council, East Hampshire District Council and Hampshire County Council.
It is only through ticket sales and generous donations that the Festival has survived for more than 100 years, fulfilling its objective of promoting, improving, developing and maintaining the appreciation of music. Every year the Festival’s concerts span a range of music and ages rare in any other form of entertainment.
We would be delighted to welcome you as a Friend of the society: we also though welcome one off donations and other corporate, family or personal financial support. Elsewhere on this website you will have begun to appreciate the value that your gift will bring to the community. Donations and gifts can also be made tax efficiently.
